When you leave a comment on BriefVoy, we collect the details you type into the comment form. To block malicious bots and protect our site from spam, we also track your IP address and your browser’s user agent string.
If you use the Gravatar service, a secure, anonymized string (a hash) made from your email address might be sent to them to check if you have a profile picture. Media Upload Safety
If you register an account and upload images to BriefVoy, please ensure your images do not contain embedded location details (EXIF GPS data). Visitors to the site can download public images and extract that hidden location data.

How Long We Keep Your Data
If you post a comment, both the comment and its metadata stay in our system permanently. This allows our backend to recognize and automatically approve your future comments instead of holding them in a slow moderation queue.
For any users that create a profile on BriefVoy, we securely store the personal details they provide in their user accounts. You can view, modify, or completely delete your personal information whenever you want (except for your username). Our site administrators can also see and update that profile information.
